最近由於某些原因開始爬樓梯運動
目前進行三個禮拜,負擔感覺是還好,但遇到這樣的情況:
爬樓梯時膝蓋不會痛,周圍肌肉也不太痠
但是不爬的時候膝蓋有時會悶悶的,偶爾一天不爬的話會更明顯
爬了以後反而不會...
這樣我應該繼續爬呢?還是說我應該換個運動了?
體重94kg左右,爬樓梯是早上下午各爬30分鐘
一次大約爬48樓左右,大概是1000階
一階一階很慢的爬,上下樓都有,有穿護膝
p.s. 國中有一段時間不懂事,每節下課都去跑操場
從那之後膝蓋就偶爾會發悶,但沒有現在頻繁
