大學打羽球膝蓋扭傷後現在舊傷後遺症開始出現
所以沒辦法跟上路跑的潮流
目前考慮慢跑競走或是騎X-bike
(醫生說可以慢跑但建議需穿著專業慢跑鞋配合PU跑道)
主要想增進心肺功能與肌耐力
想問問看各位這兩項運動效果如何?
還是有更好的建議呢?
(現在膝蓋狀態是散步約一小時會隱隱作痛)
