新手剛練三個月 用的是網路上爬文看到的531課表 以下是目前最大重量1RM
硬舉 60kg =>105kg
深蹲 35kg => 60kg
臥推 25kg => 55kg
肩推 20kg => 35kg
硬舉跟深蹲現在跑完課表都還有餘力
但是臥推跟深蹲從兩個禮拜前(第三次531課表)就沒辦法達到要求的次數了
像是肩推有一週最後一組的要求是 95% of working weight = 30kg*9
實際上只舉得起來5次而已
請問這種狀態應該怎麼做呢?
