重訓完一定要補充營養嗎? - 健身

各位巨巨美女大家好
小弟已經低碳約兩個月了
體重跟體脂最近開始停滯了
最近想要加強重訓以及採用18 6間歇性斷食(中午12點到晚上6點)
但是重訓的時間只能等到晚上十點半左右才能開始做(要等小孩睡)
我查資料是建議做完能夠補充香蕉或無糖豆漿之類的能夠有效快速修復肌肉組織
但是做完重訓後 不在我的進食時間內
想請問大家重訓完是否一定要補充營養呢
