小弟 之前臥推姿勢不良或是沒暖身
導致左肩感覺緊緊的、聳肩時會超痛
看了很多文章作肩膀伸展,也有去電療、針灸
當下有效果,但沒多久還是很痛,這肩膀傷
已經二三個月了,我有終止在去重訓運動
避免傷的更嚴重 ,能請問大家這該如何治療
好或是多作什麼伸展運動之類。
