臥推手肘是否需低於身體 - 健身

小弟練臥推也有一陣子了
平常是習慣會將手肘低過身體
可是最近問過一些wg教練
都是比較建議不要過低
肩膀代償太多反而容易受傷
但是也說低於肩膀確實對於胸大肌的訓練更有效果
所以要選擇適合的重量做對應的動作
想問問版上各位練的方式
一般都會低於身體還是垂直身體就停了
我自己是比較怕受傷啦~
另外想問問有人啞鈴臥推是分邊練的嗎
上次看到一個巨巨這樣練讓我嚇了一跳
感覺難度挺高
