各位巨巨們好
不好意思 取了一個中二的標題
小弟大約健身一年左右,練至七個月左右時,臥推最大重量可推60公斤,深蹲大約50~60公斤。但過了五月個後,發現開始練下背後,深蹲進步很快,今天早上可以蹲105公斤,但我的臥推反而一直退步,前天只能推50公斤
我知道重量不一定是重點,雖然胸練完也是會痠痛,但胸型外觀上處於停止成長...
想詢問會有這種腿部肌肉進步,上半身反而退步的情況嗎? 我該怎麼辦? 謝謝
