這兩天看到大家在討論臥推的體重倍數
順便來問一下握寬握窄的問題
一般大家說握寬握窄,所謂的寬窄有沒有數據上的定義呢?
我找到這樣的圖

但是覺得還是有點不是很清楚
後來又找到奧槓的尺寸圖

有沒有說大概握哪個部份算寬,哪個部份算窄?
我平常習慣就是虎口對著中間420mm那段的邊緣,這樣算窄握嗎?
昨天注意到寬窄問題,有試著把兩手各拉開約15公分
讓手刀下緣碰到那個195/5/45MM的邊緣
這樣算是regular還是wide?
做起來是真的不太習慣.....
