臥推被壓好尷尬 - 健身

小弟我健身也一段時間了
自從開始用自由槓練臥推感覺體態進步變得比較明顯
今天跑健力5*5課表第三週 突破週
最後一組是第一週1rm五下
(我70公斤1rm也才75而已)
其實做到第四組70公斤五下就有點吃力了
想說照著課表走最後一組75公斤做到第三下
結果第四下起不來......
其實還有力只是推不上去
臨機反應慢慢放到胸口順勢滾到肚子再到大腿
順勢站起來變成像硬舉那樣放到地上
都不敢看有沒有人在看我
不過我做得蠻自然就是了XDD
好險只有壓在肚子上當時有點痛其他沒什麼異常
經過這次經驗
下次我真的要找人幫補了
小弟臉皮薄當時真的不敢想像被壓還要大叫叫別人來救我XD那間健身房我可能就不好意思
去了哈哈
大家常看到有人被壓嗎?
其實我都在國民運動中心
大家都做不重我也只看過一個被壓而已
