但進步卻十分有限,這時可以利用輔助的訓練動作來加強臥推會使用到的肌肉,這些肌肉
在做傳統的臥推時,可能無法得到足夠的刺激,可以透過輔助的訓練動作來加強,之後轉
換在臥推的運動表現上。
