這次的內容延續之前的系列影片,要介紹臥推的3大輔助訓練動作,分別是上斜過頭肩推
、地板臥推、後傾滑輪下拉,很多人在臥推尋求突破時,花了很多時間在臥推的訓練上,
但進步卻十分有限,這時可以利用輔助的訓練動作來加強臥推會使用到的肌肉,這些肌肉
在做傳統的臥推時,可能無法得到足夠的刺激,可以透過輔助的訓練動作來加強,之後轉
換在臥推的運動表現上。

我已經有跑步的習慣一年多了, 頻率大約是一週跑二到三次,時間持續一個鐘頭 飲食稍微控制, 這個方式讓我很順利地從體重56公斤降到49公斤 體脂也從34降到23 但我後來覺得體重和體脂好像都到了停滯 而且對於我手臂的線條還不太滿意, 前幾週決定買了健身房的教練課 想讓身材的線條變得更緊實 為了不讓心肺功能下 ...
