板上好像很少在臥推討鞭,來PO個

自己看到的點:
1.前面幾下沒有好好呼吸
2.不夠集中,特別是第二下失去平衡
3.第六下根本不該做,其實我有覺得好像起不來,
就算起來了,剩下兩組六下也一定做不完(我的課表是三組六下),
應該老實承認失敗然後放棄的。還被威力板主救了XDD
我現在在跑眉毛弟Jonnie Candito的線性力量課表,三個月來進步了不少
硬舉115x5 > 125x2x6(兩組六下),深蹲95x5 > 100x3x6,臥推60x5 > 65x3x6
有點想PO個文介紹一下這個課表,有人有興趣嗎><?
