續前文
其實小弟患有三種疾病
1. 先天性骨質增生症 (家族遺傳) 身上的骨頭比一般人多 正常人有206塊 我有>206塊 (沒仔細算過)
2. 甲狀腺素低下
3. 輕度妥瑞症
屬免役體位
因為骨頭太多的關係 國中小時的升旗典禮 無法久蹲 大家蹲著我站著 被同學視為異類 最後導師就說你待在教室就好 不用去升旗典禮沒關係
小時候背部開過一次刀 因為晚上睡覺時 背部骨頭 (大概在菱形肌的位置) 壓到神經會痛 無法入眠
在大學時 大腿開過一次刀 颱風天騎”腳踏車”摔車 一摔 結果一不小心把左大腿外側多出來的骨頭摔斷了 (玻璃人4偶?)
所以自然而然的 不敢做激烈運動 不敢長跑 都從事靜態的活動
像是心算小弟 七段 圍棋小弟四段
健身房這地方 在25歲前 只去過兩次 而且還都是體育課去的 去認識器材 沒辦過會員
在來印尼前 2015.7.28
真的完全不知道是要從事什麼運動
從中慢慢學習和認識何謂CrossFit
及相關知識
至今累積將近一年半的時間
這段期間在CrossFit Garuda 這個地方訓練 (HEAD COACH – Anthony Wu)
也認識了一群BOX的朋友
為了證明自己
也是可以參加長跑和障礙賽的
和BOX的朋友一起參加了一些賽事
在2016年
我完成了1次5k , 2次10k, 1次半馬
10K PB 1:01:50 (沒跑進一小時)
人生第一場馬拉松 Jakarta marathon 2016 , 半馬HM finish time 2:30:50
還有在馬來西亞完成三場
Spartan Race – Sprint/Super/Beast
獲得Spartan Race 2016 Trifecta PROVEN
也在印尼參加了幾次有關crossfit的anniversary party或charity event
最近看到台灣CROSSFIT QILIN的開幕影片
