以前是用雙手拿啞鈴(共七十磅)做臥推
一次做十組、一組十下左右
一星期做兩次
做了一年多胸肌不是很明顯
現在家中新增一台舉重床
像好奇寶寶似的每天玩
每次都加到他所附的槓片最重110磅
一次只能推二三下
但還是給他推十幾組
說也奇怪
練了這一兩個星期
胸肌很明顯大了很多耶
感覺之前都是練心酸的說..........
想請問各位很強的鄉民
你們是玩健美多久才能110磅推到有七八下以上的呀????
