自備豪華(?)健身便當第一天 - 健身

各位巨巨辣妹大家好,我第一次準備出讓我感到成就感十足的健身便當,厚顏無恥地來分享一下XD

盒中內容物有:
蘿蔓生菜、小蕃茄、酪梨(壓在下面沒拍到)、雞胸肉、玉子燒、帕瑪森乳酪
碳水部分則是我自己做的南瓜麵包,中間夾一片在costco買的忘記名字的乳酪切片

我平常的生活型態幾乎是下午和晚上上班,早上接近中午的時候去健身,練完直接去公司,因此我是早上做好之後就帶著,然後到公司再吃,所以我需要準備的是不用花太多時間、放涼也OK的便當,其實以前租屋處只有電鍋的時期也有準備過,不過我沒有真巨巨般的意志力長久只吃電鍋清蒸料理orz,後來腳受傷就停滯了好一陣子,直到廚房玩具越買越多,越來越不想吃外食,才又興起了自備便當的念頭~
其中雞胸肉我是前一晚睡前用鹽巴醃漬,隔天早上再灑一點麵粉用氣炸鍋處理,涼掉也不錯吃,至少不會像電鍋清蒸那樣邊吃邊懷疑人生XD
雞蛋偷懶的話直接水煮剝殼切片也是可以,是我自己想挑戰玉子燒,雖然煎的亂七八糟,但也是蠻好吃的,這也是可以前一晚就準備好的食材

蔬菜部分就沒什麼好講的,前一晚洗好切好就行了
同場加映,氣炸鍋是個讓我相見恨晚的好東西,不但處理食材方便,偶爾想吃些罪惡食物的時候,有氣炸鍋真是太美好了,比方說:

雞腿排稍微醃漬過後裹粉丟氣炸鍋,比真的炸雞更好吃(我真的它賣相有點難看)

最近的得意作品-鳳梨乳酪派,乳酪用的是自製ricotta cheese ,值得一提的是副產物新鮮乳清拿去煮濃湯根本人間美味
最後我很好奇有自己準備便當的大家堅持了多久,畢竟人都有惰性,但好的開始是成功的一半(?),我希望能一直堅持下去
