自助餐熱量估算? (附圖) - 健身

基於看到版娘這篇文章的熱量教學
讓我稍稍有點Sense,雖然還是要瘋狂估狗就是惹= =
下面是這兩天去自助餐夾的,可以幫忙看一下這樣的估算正確嗎?

1飯 + 3菜 + 1滷雞腿
400 + 60*3 + 200 = 780

400 + 60*3 + 80 + 100*2 = 860

400 + 60*2 + 100 = 620

我就是不知道這多少分量?
我今天買一罐290cc牛奶,倒進去
剛好滿滿的,所以我就假設他300g吧
所以估算一碗飯 = 400卡左右
基本上打算這陣子午晚餐都這樣吃,控制一餐熱量700~800
請問這樣估算有太過分的地方嗎?
麻煩指點一下~
或有其他可以建議的地方也麻煩提出
