自己一人練怎麼安全突破PR - 健身

各位巨巨好
小弟剛投入健身不久 努力把跑健身房變成習慣 目前都是自己在板橋健工練
最近覺得力量足夠了 就會想嘗試突破重量
硬舉拉不起來可以放下不會受傷 但臥推和深蹲這兩項 由於經驗不夠 都會很怕起來時候
力氣不夠壓在身上 仍不敢嘗試
想請問巨巨們 一開始自己一人要突破健力三項重量 該怎麼做會比較安全
