畢業很久了~也踏入社會當上班族一年多了
離開健身房更是已經三年多了
人家拍照片是在紀錄逐年的進步,我卻怕紀錄的是逐年的退步
不過幸好以前打的基礎跟觀念夠,三年多來身材總是還維持自己想要的樣子
感覺胸肌有點退步,不過我只有兩個45磅的啞鈴嘛,也別太強求了

三角跟三頭~但其實我手跟腹肌是完全沒練的。。我只有練背跟胸加上跑步

如果我說希望這樣的身材可以維持到50歲以後,要求會太高嗎~
我想每天空出一個小時左右來運動應該不是難事。。。。。。
