大家覺得哪個效果比較好
目前兩種練起來都覺得輕鬆沒壓力
是不是該增加重量了

用椅子做上斜伏地挺身練下胸
總覺得胸肌完全沒壓力
是姿勢問題嗎
胸肌沒發力人就挺起來了
做了一百下也只是手很痠
要怎樣才能有效率的徒手操下胸
