內文提到這位女科學家(全裸)是靠瑜伽和冥想達到抗寒、閉氣潛水超過10分鐘。
一般人在這種水溫(負1.5度C)撐不過5分鐘,更別說潛水閉氣超過10分鐘。
況且她正職是科學家,瑜伽是她的業餘嗜好吧?能練到這種境界真令人驚嘆。
瑜伽冥想真的這麼神奇?有網友練到類似的境界嗎?
註:我也有在瑜伽版發文,不過那版人氣較少,版面內容似乎多偏向問學習地點。。。
