就在昨天5/10早上
完成了很可能是台灣第一個
由專業舉重教練獨立舉辦的舉重研習會
真是他X的太感動惹~~~~

雖然也有吃燒臘便當 但絕對不是什麼吃便當證照阿~
從最基礎的抓舉動作流程
到個人動作的細部調整 學到的太多了啦~~~

第一個問題
活動不是我辦的
為了避免被水肥哥譙X拎娘咧!!!
我也沒辦法教舉重
小肥宅的角色差不多就是李提督那樣
出一張嘴,介紹各路舉重小當家去參加各種比賽、研習會與特級黨證
十全師傅與GD師傅們散布在全台灣
只要想學,LTD我與各路舉重熱心人士都會努力幫大家媒介

你沒來實在太可惜了!!!就是開給你參加的啦!!
許老師先把大家都當作沒接觸過舉重的新手
約略講解完抓舉動作後與木棍操作後
就開始依程度分組練習

每組都有助教在一旁指導
這些助教也都來頭不小
有現役國手、國中舉重隊教練、健身房舉重教練等等
不管你是不會一拉過膝蓋、接槓手腕位置不對這種基本問題
還是胸部角度、展體提鈴的完整度這些進階問題
都可以在分組練習中跟著助教學習

事實上
為時僅兩個多小時的課程
只能約略摸到抓舉的輪廓
必須要靠大家回去再各自精進練習
千萬不要想說你上過課就會了
不能再過來安康練習,也應該要找教練與場地繼續練!!!

針對來上研討會的各位再精進自己的技術
之後安康高中舉重室的開放時間也會在上面公布
一定要來練習!!!! 不然你對不起這三千塊!!!!
不如把錢拿去買雞腿,送到苗栗中小學加菜
