筆者最近注意到一則關於茶水當開水一樣喝的新聞, 分享自己整理的相關資訊,
由結果可知, 喝茶還是要在一些特定情況下才會喝的健康喔…
由營養師 許雲卿指出:
綠茶富含許多對人體有益的成分,若是當水喝,要避免空腹時飲用綠茶,
因綠茶所含的咖啡因會造成腸胃不適,因為咖啡因會促使胃酸分泌增加,
胃壁上有一層黏膜,此時少了食物做為侵蝕黏膜的緩衝,胃壁黏膜腐蝕速
度將高於黏膜再生,當黏膜被侵蝕殆盡,便有可能造成胃潰瘍,嚴重甚至
有胃穿孔的危險...
