荒木老師的健康法

聞いた話によると
夜10時には寝て朝5時頃に起き
ストレッチや腹式呼吸をやったあと1時間ほどウォーキング
朝は自分で作る野菜ジュース
昼は脂や糖分控えて野菜多めの食事、夕は食べない
ストレスを溜めないようにオフの日には趣味に没頭する
テレビはまず見ない(見てもニュースぐらい)
肌のケアにはかなり気を使ってる

中午吃的是控制脂肪與糖分,蔬菜偏多的飲食
晚上不吃

原來這就是吸血鬼的生活作息(大誤)
