上下半身不成比例 - 健身

把我從腰部切開...(我是男生、射手座(我知道射手座天生大腿就發達T-T))
上半身 = 瘦子
下半身 = 胖子 (到底是肌肉還是脂肪,我也不知道,用力都有肌肉線條)
(腰部:三個半手掌張開寬,一隻大腿:三個手掌張開寬)

最近兩次測體脂的結果
去年底:74.6kg 21%體脂 內臟9
今年三月中:73.7 18.5%體脂 內臟8
有上健身房習慣(飛輪、有氧、重訓(上半身))
--
到底有啥方法可以別讓大腿繼續發展下去...
(從小我大腿...偏粗...T-T)
