很喜歡這個版..
重建了我一些舊有的觀念~~~
算得上是版上新人 >/////<
因為從沒發過文
第一篇就發這種 不知道會不會....
不過我真的很開心 能在這年
真正找回運動的習慣XD
雖然才持續快滿兩個月
但我相信 會這樣持續下去:D
除非....又懷了第三胎XD
(因為前面兩胎 懷孕症狀 幾乎都是吐到生
整個人無法動彈 躺在床上)
而自己這兩個月最大的改變
不單只是體態or體能等 (可能也沒改變多少XD)
其實自己最開心的是:終於可以喝白開水了!!!!
沒錯!!對一般人來說 這可能沒什麼
但以前真的是飲料控@@
沒味道的幾乎喝不下去....
所以每天都是用咖啡+紅茶or其他飲料解渴.....
真的很誇張
但開始認真恢復運動後.....
實在很難不喝水!!哈:D
所以我真的還蠻開心 會喝開水這件事^___________^
還有...最後我想說的是:
版娘真的是很用心耶!!! 打從心底佩服妳~㊣
