消夜時間(運動後) 吃東西的選擇 - 健身

每天運動完都是這個時間了
五點半有吃過晚餐 回家後還是會吃點東西 (不是吃顆水果就可以了結的 真的餓阿..囧)
但是運動之後 似乎要很慎選吃的東西
如果依照吃200~250卡
下面吃哪種會比較好阿..
1) 全脂牛奶300CC 約200卡
2) 自製起司蛋馬芬堡 約250卡
3) 7-11綜合堅果一包+全脂牛奶100CC 約250卡
4) 水餃醬油拌麵一球 約250卡 (這超好吃 damn gooooooooooooood!!)
5) 飯100G+煎蛋 約220卡
6) 貝果一粒 約270卡
似乎都是有營養的東西 但卡在這尷尬的時間點
又是猛烈的運動完 又是消夜時間
到底應該怎麼吃呢??
不能不吃阿 以前餓瘦的奶都走了.. 現在怕屎惹!!
