三餐內容
早餐:早餐店什麼什麼吐司+無糖豆漿or牛奶
午餐:約半碗飯(不一定會吃完)+媽媽牌家常菜
晚餐:約1/3白飯+媽媽牌家常菜(我不太會算熱量 原則上就是把一個正常碗放九分滿)
其他:其實飲食上沒特別準備什麼 但就是盡量均衡 每天也都會吃兩種水果
日常作息時間:約晚上12點睡 早上7點15起床
生活型態:朝八晚五久坐上班族
減肥方式:一週5~7次快走 一次約一小時 但最近都下雨或感覺不太夠就會鄭多燕一下
問題陳述:其實我是從小胖到大不知道什麼是"瘦"的感覺 小學就胖到76公斤
後來有減重過兩次都是不正確的方式 節食不運動 常常要暈倒
一直到去年身體開始發出警訊 心悸 頭暈 胸悶 等等 才覺得不能再這樣下去
差不多從7月初就開始啟動這個計畫了 體重沒什麼變甚至好像重了一些
可是骨盆旁邊的肉好像有比較消退了(自我感覺良好這樣)
只是那體脂肪真的有點嚇到我了 不曉得是不是跟以前節食有關係
所以 想上來請問大家 這樣的計畫OK嗎? 是說開始運動到現在
那些不舒服的症頭好像好很多了耶!!(灑花)
