我目前排的菜單是
禮拜一休息
禮拜二、五 胸、背、腹肌
禮拜三、六 肩膀、二、三頭肌
禮拜四、日 腿、腹肌
那這樣我有氧 慢跑跟游泳要怎麼排比較好呢?
還有我想問慢跑是要心跳多少才有效
要怎麼知道心跳多少
我之前是跑400公尺十圈大概30分鐘跑完
然後都一直跑中途都沒休息
希望大大為我解惑^^
