三餐內容
早餐:真珠薏仁露(OR)麥片一杯+蘋果一顆/奇異果一顆+麵線加蛋(OR)熱狗堡
午餐:公司便當(偶爾吃ㄧ半)
晚餐:豬肝湯(OR)摩斯熱狗X2(OR)青菜蛋花湯
其他:下午或上午偶爾喝無糖拿鐵 或是 一片烤吐司
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
約莫00-01點睡
早上07-08起床
09-19都是辦公時間
偶爾星期五晚間有聚餐(麻辣鍋或是brunch但當天午餐會少吃)
生活型態:(上班族)
多數都在辦公室裡面
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一個月前開始
每天游泳自由式從300M進階到最近兩個禮拜每天800M
(時間約30分)
事前會先去健身房 做100下(20x5)仰臥起坐 +擴胸100下+腿部100下
我的問題:這樣實行將近一個月 可是體重和體脂肪 似乎沒有明顯的變動
雖然感覺上游泳圈有變小
是不是該補充高蛋白 或是改變菜單

為了不讓眼淚淖下來 抬頭用淚眼看著天空
人為什麼就是沒辦法 照著自己的意思生活
我不要哭出來的軟弱 也不要哭不出來的堅強
