早餐:一片雜糧土司夾鮪魚 芭樂X1
午餐:玉米排骨湯約一碗煮水煮蛋+素豆餅X2+燙青菜
晚餐:排骨湯(一塊肉)+炒青菜+素豆餅X1+半碗飯+蘿蔔燉香菇 芭樂X1
日常作息時間
11~8睡眠
生活型態:
兼職
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢跑30分鐘
騎腳踏車一小時
鄭多燕40分鐘
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
感覺自己平常沒吃很多,就是一般人家的三餐,但是很容易胖。
以前比較多偏向"壯"的感覺,慢慢變成了"胖"= =
之前量的基礎代謝大約1250/體重52時(現在54)肌肉就有36公斤
一直以來都瘦不下來,今天一量真的已經到我的底限了!!
要開始減肥計畫希望一個月有三公斤的進度,開始減肥的第一天
PO上今日的飲食的菜單,讓大家看看這樣的飲食合不合宜~
如果有什麼要改進的這幾天就調整一下菜單
