回台灣這幾年注意養身~運動~和練氣功
讓我不挨餓
注意飲食就簡單的半年內瘦七公斤
160公分的我
52公斤瘦到45公斤
但是
以前在美國的我
是如何呢?
讓我一回台灣就下定決心減肥
讓自己看起來更好
以前在美國讀書
參加聚會
穿比較性感的小洋裝
都覺得自己沒有很胖
可能因為那邊飲食
周遭的都也肉肉的
和外國人比
東方人算比較苗窕了
原來我深深被周遭環境所洗腦~我是胖子呀!!!!!!
而且以前也很敢穿
但是現在回想不是很適合自己
當初的年紀這樣打扮看起來很像阿桑
所以回來就是讓阿桑蛻變成小天鵝的計畫
回來台灣
看到台灣女生都很重視身材
誰不想更好呢
但是想清楚能讓自己改變
我選擇比較健康的方式
因為我還是喜愛美食
所以不容許我過於挨餓
再加上過度的減重容易傷身
會因小失大
賠上健康
先介紹以前美國的飲食和生活
在美國
每天的早餐以麵包為主
配上牛奶
早餐吃的正常
可是午餐和晚餐就吃的和美國人一 樣多
加上美國飲食
高澱粉和高熱量為主居多
羅馬不 是一天造成的
日積月累下來
在美國讀書居住習慣上他們的飲食生活
就肥腫起來了
回台灣後原來自己在美國的飲食
是比較不健康的
高熱量高油脂居多
而且那邊的生活
居住去哪都比較不方便
距離比較遠
到哪都要開車~就相對很少走路
美國人的習慣就是晚餐吃飯很悠哉
大家都聊天吃飯
所以就吃到很晚~飯後又來個甜點
才會導致後來的阿桑的我
不健康~氣色體形也差
之後開始瘦身
很簡單
我最重要的訴求就是
健康瘦~不挨餓
回來台灣遊玩看到台灣街頭女生的苗挑
讓我回美國受刺激的注意減重
就開始注意飲食
一星期去健身房兩三次
一次半小時以上(肌力訓練和心肺有氧然脂)
開始多自己煮比較清淡的食物
一星期有一天會煮蔬菜湯(那一天就三餐喝蔬菜湯)
當時一個月下來~代謝變比較好
整個人也清爽順暢很多
也瘦了一些
體重開始變輕
後來再回來台灣居住
台灣飲食本來就和美國差很多
比較清淡
再加上注意重點(少吃油炸類的)
多注意一下
其實正常飲食就可以讓自己慢慢變瘦
(就是避免暴飲暴食~過量攝取食物)
這樣我半年內就瘦了七公斤
就是注意飲食和運動為主
但其實台灣的飲食很精緻
所以一星期我有一天會去吃素食為主
或自己下廚煮一些高纖食物
讓自己更順暢
每天喝足夠的水~至少超過兩千CC
和睡飽八小時
有新聞曾說過~睡眠不足也很容易肥胖
所以睡眠也是很重要的(八小時的完美睡眠品質為主)
喝水我也以喝和身體體溫相近的水為主
冰冷的飲品會讓身體代謝變差
每次晚餐後都會20分鐘飯後運動幫助消化
每星期333運動
一星期三次
一次三十分鐘以上
心跳130以上
加速新陳代謝
而我說不挨餓又重養身
又是如何呢???
因為我還去氣功教室練氣功呢
補氣調節也是讓身體積更好的元素
開始練氣功後
每日一起床~喝500CC的水
就開始練氣功~這就是我一天的開始
這就是我的不挨餓的享瘦方法
用健康的身活方式
改善會讓自己肥胖的因素
審視自己的生活
用過於激進的減重方式
只會傷身
不但可能會無法保持
可能會導致身心靈受損
很多疾病就是氣虛後開始產生
最美的減重
就是讓自己健康減重
讓自己體內的氣充足
像是一顆充滿電的電池
有活力的過每一天
所以挨餓過於激進的減重
只會讓自己像顆洩氣的氣球
瘦得不漂亮
讓自己生活好好調整
得心應手
才能享受(享瘦)享健康
有時我也會再喝熱的紅棗枸杞茶來養生
幫忙氣色更加紅潤順暢
來分享一些居家可以簡單瘦身的方法
就是手L型
左右擺動
可以幫助腰的線條更好
和用手軸夾起一顆抱枕
L型平行
再往頭上方抬起
可以鍛練手部的線條
減重重視健康是很重要的
很多人往往就是過頭後才會後會
失去健康才開始惋惜
現在改善自己
我讓自己輕盈享瘦
半年內瘦七公斤
也沒過於挨餓

分享給大家可以讓大家一起減重時
也不要疏忽關鍵
