基本資料
性別:(女)
年齡:33 (3年前產後就一直瘦不下來的苦惱媽媽)
身高:160
體重:64
BMI:25(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:37% (已修正 XD)
三餐內容
早餐:(1)無糖優酪乳1杯+雜糧麵包半個+水果一份(香蕉或芭樂一個)
(2)無糖咖啡或無糖豆漿1杯+雜糧麵包半個(偶爾嘴饞吃蛋餅)
(3)無糖咖啡1杯+五穀飯團半個
午餐:(1)白飯半碗+馬偕減肥調理包一包
(2)7-11涼麵(醬料減半)+中華豆腐一盒
(3)便當半個 (避開炸的)
(4)自助餐盡量選非油炸類
晚餐:(1)白飯半碗+馬偕減肥調理包+燙青菜一份
(2)便當半個 (避開炸的)
其他:每天至少喝1500 cc水
日常作息時間:睡眠7-8小時,白天一般上班族
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:鄭多燕有氧舞蹈DVD半小時,幾乎每天都跳,心跳數120
這兩天開始改為跳1小時
我的問題:執行減肥計畫約1個半月了,一開始從65.5順利往下慢慢掉,
一度來到62....超開心的.
結果有幾天跟朋友聚餐吃比較好 突然往上升到63
但運動還是每天持續,可是好像就瘦不太下來
上週出國去玩 難免吃比較好料 但每天走路的運動量應該也不小
回國後量63.還暗爽一下沒胖太多
這禮拜回國後一直在注意吃和運動控制
結果昨天體重反而來到64.1 〒◇〒
真是太晴天霹靂了 !! 為什麼我這麼快就遇到停滯期 !
有請各位大大指導orz
