早餐:以下任何一種選擇&搭配無糖綠
1.蛋餅
2.鮪魚吐司
3.豬肉漢堡
午餐:學校營養午餐(學校菜單上寫大約790~890大卡)
晚餐:加熱的營養午餐(吃的比中午來的少)
其他:我現在在學校服替代役,吃的選擇實在沒有很多,如果要吃好一點大概也
只有7-11可以選擇。
日常作息
6:00~6:30 起床
7:40~8:00 早餐
11:30~12:10 中飯
12:30~12:15 午休(會躺著)
16:00~16:40 運動(跑步機 踏步機 重量訓練 擇一或是做到酸 換另一個)
18~00~19:00 晚餐
22:30~23:30 就寢
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)

運動習慣:我是以跑步為主,每次大概20分鐘到40分鐘看當天體力
我大概都跑3公里左右,目前是利用下班時間和帶
路隊的空閒時間去運動,之後會打算帶完路隊後在
運動20分鐘。
我的問題:
1.我現在跑步大約跑10分鐘腿就開始酸熱了,有時候感到小腿太緊繃
我當天就會改做重量訓練 小腿 手臂 擴肩 6次為一組 各做三組,想問一下要
如何改善這樣的緊繃狀態?
2.如果我早餐都改吃超商49元套餐,會不會營養不良?
3.我知道以公斤為目標可能會帶來身體不健康,所以我以減少體脂肪為目標
但是我爬文沒找到體脂肪的正常範圍值,請問我該以幾%為目標?

我第二個和第三個算出來怎麼落差那麼大?我是否有算錯?還是說定義不同
算法2 1918.02 =66+(13.7*84.6)+(5*172.6)-(6.8*25)
算法3 1601.641 =370+21.6*(100%-32.6%)*84.6
