不喝光 一片肉排 一片起司
午餐:家裡便當 家常菜 菜肉7:3飯約一平碗 這個沒有變
晚餐:無糖豆奶 加約100公克乾重麥片
燙青菜一份 香蕉一根
其他:9跟15點各吃半顆芭樂

我的問題:之前132公斤慢慢減了下來 因為工作的改變 不能自己煮了 所以會改變了飲食
型態 我這樣吃 會不會有問題呢
再來運動 可以怎麼加強 希望能維持一個半小時內
