三餐內容
早餐:燕麥羊奶,約300c.c+起司一片+蘋果或香蕉一根。
或有時蔬菜湯+100公克麵條
午餐:正常吃,飯一碗+3菜(約1碗半份量),菜皆過油吃+一份水果
晚餐:蔬菜湯(綠色青菜+香菇二朵+木耳+紅蘿蔔20克+海帶+薑絲+豆腐或豆皮)
其他:2000c.c水果
日常作息時間:11點睡、6點起,很規律,中午睡午覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:每天2公里慢跑,或是4公里分兩次,皆會熱身+舒緩。
速度2公里約15分鐘。
我的問題:1.我的基代1200卡,不知道這樣有沒有吃到?
2.已經實施四個禮拜,一個禮拜約瘦一公斤(51-47)
體脂從31-28,但是最近有點停滯,
請問是要增加運動強度還是其他方法?
