關於仰臥起坐 - 健身

我知道光是做仰臥起坐是無法消肚子的
所以我主要的運動是健走 心跳也會達到130
想要讓腹部腰部的曲線更好 我會搭配著做仰臥起坐
但是.....我不知道是否姿勢不良的緣故
每次做完 脖子都好酸 我也知道脖子不能出力
可是真的沒辦法~~~~~~好怕頸椎受傷啊
我在網路上有看到一種健腹機 可以讓脖子有個支撐

不知道這種效果如何 能確實鍛鍊到腹部肌肉群嗎?
或者有人有更好的建議呢?
