三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:早餐店 1.烤鮪魚加生菜小黃瓜兩小片番茄兩片(土司沒塗抹美乃滋的)+
在家自己打的無糖豆漿
2.早餐店蘿蔔糕2片+無糖豆漿
午餐:自己帶便當 ,便當的大小為樂扣樂扣的約兩個拳頭大小
飯都薄薄的一層,青菜和肉類/魚類 其一
晚餐:烤土司一片
其他:水一天都有喝超過2000CC
日常作息時間:七點半起床
走路上班順便買早餐約25分鐘路程
八點半進公司開始吃早餐
就一直坐的坐到中午,工作為工程師
中午12點吃,吃完都會走動一會
下午三點左右會吃紫菜蘇打餅乾約6-7片
下午5.30下班
6.00吃吐司
走路到兼差工作 約20分鐘
都要一直用站的 差不多4個小時
晚上10.30下班 走路回家
12.00前躺平
生活型態:上班族
我的問題:這樣已經持續一個多月了,體重也沒有改變捏~~之前又去報名參加30分鐘運動的
(curvxx)~但因為現在班表沒辦法配合,打算去退掉了(好浪費$$),我的大腿跟手臂都很明顯的
看到粗粗粗~~請大家幫我看看
是不是我的菜單有問題呢
