各位巨巨好
小弟踏入健身也一年半了覺得有點停滯了
最近就把菜單改成:
一天胸深蹲 一天背硬舉 一週六天訓練日
頻率很高很擔心深蹲動作不對 (很怕會受傷
希望各位能大力的鞭小弟啊

小弟我都是會盡量保持夾背 可是我氣沒有吸到很飽 我蹲舉還不是很適應吸飽的狀態
有個問題是
我的腿是會往外撐的膝蓋跟腳尖並不是一直線的(比較像俄皇那樣
如果我試著保持一直線反而大腿前側是沒有感受度的
最後就是我朋友說我要起來,會屁股先行起來
請問這樣會有什麼問題嗎?
