三餐內容
早餐:牛奶燕麥
午餐:水果+無糖豆漿
晚餐:青菜+水果+飯
日常作息時間:上午8~9點起床晚上12點左右睡.)
待業中
運動習慣2天1次.騎腳踏車2小時.爬山1小時.
有氧運動2小時..
我的問題:
我曾經看過醫生.他說我新成代謝太差了
竟然比50歲阿罵還不如.所以才造成肥胖
我試過了多喝水.但只限在家裡運動時喝
在外面運動.如果廁所不方便.[例如腳踏車]
會喝少一點
按摩..泡澡..等等..效果都有限
聽說蒸氣可以促進新成代謝.
想買一個用用看
請問值得嗎?
