因想做些清淡食譜菜單

只要3份蔬菜:深綠色、白色和菇類各1份拳頭量,並加進600-1000cc的水熬煮,再來調味
成自己喜歡的口味食用就可以了,不但熱量低,膳食纖維也豐富,增加飽足感,隔天起床
還能馬上清腸胃喔!
請問這樣能會有飽足感嗎.....
