我想請問
我慢跑大概有一個半月
雖然沒有天天跑
但是平均一個星期也有3~4次
但是感覺小腿一點瘦的跡象都沒有
我跑前會拉筋
跑完後也會
但是剛剛爬文看到有大大說慢跑姿勢也會影響
所以我想請問慢跑的姿勢怎樣才是正確的阿?
