想請問板上的巨巨們
我健身大概一年多了以前非常瘦
(左圖170/50以前更瘦有到瘦到45 )目前的體重與身高是(右圖170/60)

這一年是後半年才比較努力了解和知道去健身房要做些什麼,一年的時間覺得我好弱,知
道健身不求快,但是我很努力,成果卻都看不見或是很慢,讓我很灰心
想請教PTT的巨巨們一些建議與指教,因為沒有教練所以都是自己慢慢摸索,
我通常都是三天做一個循環
第一天是練胸與三頭、三角,胸部是做啞鈴的大概15kg左右(我在想胸肌練不大是不是因
為拿太輕,但17.5kg後就拿不太動了),三頭只有練滑輪,最近才有在做三頭,三角也是
最近開始還在掌握中
第二天練背部與二頭,背部這塊我還不太會掌握,二頭是拿6kg啞鈴(左手明顯很弱)
第 三天練腿、腹肌,腿還行,只是我不會做槓鈴深蹲>_<很想學,腹肌都練不大塊
我覺得我進步這麼慢可能是因為方法還不太正確,左右邊力量也有差距,訓練通常是做
到力竭,組數落在5-10組
比較大的問題是胸部,我的左胸比右胸小一點點,左下胸完全沒弧形線條TT
是不是該做些單邊訓練
這位是我的目標身材,雖然很遠,但我會努力
