最近開始上學校體適能課程會到健身房
老師教完課後自由活動
嘗試臥推發現連空槓都覺得太重了.....
才做一下而已 雙手就一直抖 抖上抖下
槓還會歪掉 超危險的:((((
不曉得有沒有適合入門初學
強度比較輕的替代姿勢
用史密斯做深蹲的時候
肩膀接觸槓的地方會覺得很痛很緊
是不是想要用力導致上半身緊繃的關係
想要以減脂為第一階段目標
這樣有氧跟重訓的比例該如何調配比較適當呢
