血糖問題請教 - 健身

各位好:
小弟重訓年資約2年多,從之前純有氧,最瘦54公斤,到現在66公斤
最近遇到一個問題想請問各位
因為開始重訓後,很怕自己吃不夠,所以乳清喝的很兇,然後為了想說能增重增肌
常常會多塞一些碳水,也不知道到底是真的餓,還是怕餓到掉肌肉所以吃
最近公司健康檢查的時候,有多測了一項糖化血色素
結果數值5.6,已經接近糖尿病前期的上限(?)
醫生是說叫我控制飲食...但我平常完全不碰含糖飲料,吃也都盡量自己準備
或是外面的那種吃健身便當
但是前幾個月週末的時候因為想說蛋白質吃好吃滿
所以常常週末一天會吃個牛排之類的
不知道為何數值這麼高?
有單純量過血糖,都在正常值內,跑了兩三間診所問醫生也都說沒事...(?)
想請問有遇過這種情形的能不能分享一下?
因為怕文看過有在練的說胃口會大開很容易餓
這樣搞的跟糖尿病的症狀好像...都不知道怎麼分辨...
