三餐內容 因為上大夜班
早餐:下午5~6點 水煎包1個或2片吐司[抹奶油或巧克力]
午餐:晚上10點~11點 媽媽便當 1碗飯 一點點菜 一點點肉
晚餐:早上5~6點 外面炒麵大碗或大碗滷肉飯或自己煎的蛋餅+肉片
其他: 起床會泡咖啡[一般即溶咖啡+奶粉]
不喝飲料 泡無糖茶包
日常作息時間:
下午4點起床 早上8點就寢
生活型態:夜班作業員 蠻耗體力的
健康狀況:良好
運動習慣:
每個月休8天 至少有6天會踩健身車
阻力3轉速30以上60~80分
或自己跳有氧30~45分
我的問題:
開始作夜班已有3個月 竟然發福6公斤
有時候早餐吃水煎包或吐司
8點~9點就會開始肚子暈眩
我知道睡前吃的有點多
但吃太少會肚子餓的睡不著
還有上班時間很很長 又搬重物+久站
平時不知道做什麼運動好
已經重到人生最高紀錄.
換季去年夏天衣服全部不能穿
在工作不要換的情況下
希望大家幫我規劃計畫
