要吃飽不然會減到肌肉? - 健身

新手菜菜 170/66 體脂18.4% 胖肚子
最近都有在規律健身重訓,和重訓後跑步30分鐘 目標是精壯型身材
平日飲食早午餐都正常吃,晚餐不吃白飯只吃肉和菜
但是最近早上固定起床馬上量體脂紀錄發現
大都是體重穩定沒啥變化 肌肉每天減一點點 體脂每天上昇一點...
(雖然是用家用的TANITA 爬文好像發現不會很準確)
反而是昨天晚上吃飽飽 沒做重訓就去跑操場30分鐘
今早量體脂就大幅下降 (19.7%=>18.4%)
筋肉量也有顯著提昇 (體重也幾乎沒變)
我記得之前有看到做重訓要補充澱粉 不然減得會是肌肉而不是脂肪
所以是不是晚餐其實也要吃澱粉效果才會好呢??
(我重訓時間是吃完晚餐休息過後才去)
