晚餐:很多有的沒的~青菜 麵包 燒仙草

日常作息時間:睡眠~大概一點多睡
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
慢跑 速度約 8~10km/hr 1小時 心跳數 130左右
我的問題:
我想問的是...
我常常早餐吃得不多~食慾不大~
中餐不吃也不餓~
不過到了兩三點~~就餓了~~吃了一點東西開始
肚子就感覺沒吃飽~~
讓我晚上反而把一天的東西都吃了= ="
不想吃這麼多~可是肚子餓了= ="
我想說我肚子真是不鳴則已 一鳴驚人....
很想知道要怎麼改變....
想要瘦的說~~
而且~我是常運動的人~~其實身上肌肉比較多~
看書說~肌肉多的要減 就要少運動 少吃蛋白質~
不過我胖的是大腿~應該是要少吃澱粉...
害我不知道要朝哪邊去才是~~
而且不運動...那要怎麼瘦= =?
