要減脂一定要有氧嗎 - 健身

長期潛水爬文跟看精華區
我知道身上的脂肪要想燃燒就要做有氧運動
可是我突然想到一個問題
人到底在生理機能上需不需要脂肪
它可以保護內臟磨擦或受傷 還有潤滑效果
而且也可以使皮膚有彈性是嗎
那這種機能是消耗性的嗎
我的意思是
如果使飲食不再碰觸有油成份的
而且一天吃的熱量低於一天所消耗的
(基礎代謝率加上運動消耗的)
那原先囤在身上的體脂就會被上述生理機能消耗掉囉?
等體脂降低再去建構肌肉就可以很有線條囉?
或是這樣做的同時也一邊增加肌肉量以抵銷這種方法消耗掉的肌肉量?
因為這種方式消體脂好像會先燃燒一下肌肉再消耗體脂?
還是油這東西是非人體消耗品呢?
不會因為我們不吃油體內的油就會自動損耗?
