到底是為什麼?!
說攝取少於基礎代謝會消肌 勝過消脂的?
明明飢餓的時候會先分解肝醣
肝醣大概可以撐一兩天 看情況
48小時候會轉成分解脂肪
然後數天~幾週之後開始分解肌肉
當然不是說各階段100%只用肝醣 或是脂肪
這是主要趨勢
或者你是超級運動員 另當別論
蛋白質是寶貴的細胞組成...等的原料
平常不會輕易拿來提供能量
消肌除非幾種情況:
1.身體處於絕境(長久極度飢餓)
2.運動量銳減 缺乏刺激(臥病在床 選手退休...)
這是基本的生理
不是你喊消肌就消肌阿~
當然有可能減脂 同時不消肌(甚至小幅度增肌 只是很慢)
只要飲食 運動&休息都控制的夠好
