平常在健身房使用跑步機方式如下:
速度7:快走半個小時,微喘
速度8.5~9:慢跑10分鐘,很喘
然後做深蹲30下就拉筋
請問我要如何拉長跑步時間?
每次跑10分鐘就掛,要繼續硬撐還是放慢速度?還是拉長快走速度?
