最近開始快走 本來想慢跑 但真的好久沒運動
跑一下下就快要累死了
所以最近維持每天快走4000m
但是2000 2000分開時間走 請問這樣有差嗎?
因為我屬於下半身胖的人 最近開始快走一下就覺得腳好痛
我想可能也跟剛開始運動有差

昨天才看到有這個版
看到大家一直強調三餐要正常吃
但以前還沒認真減肥時
就已經習慣吃得很少(總覺得再多吃就會胖)
當然像板上所說的 少吃也沒有變瘦
現在我想開始認真減肥
但害怕現在開始吃得比較多的話
會不會只讓我又變胖
也希望大家能給我一些建議
因為大學四年都沒運動
最近快走30分鐘我就覺得快累死了..
想要3個月減10公斤..
